AJC Week 8 - Music
Back-tracking a bit to pick up one of the weeks I had skipped earlier.
journaling: Listening to music is one of the quickest ways to change my mood. There is nothing else like actually playing my oboe in an orchestra though- helping to create the wonderful dance of notes weaving together is like working a bit of magic.
